Focus in an Employee-Centered Brand Rather Than An Employer-Centered Brand

It is one common mistake of a company that in order to attract the best, one has to build the company image. However, like in business, companies attract clients because of the way they provide a solution to clients.

This should be similar when it comes to employees. Employees should see themselves as a part of the company. If the company is employee-centered, then the employees would be attracted to apply and be a part because they see their role. They can see themselves as part of a solution.
